Juventus are reported to have reignited their interest in signing Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho.

The Serie A side were linked with a move for Sancho earlier this summer but the speculation died down after the 24-year-old rebuilt his relationship with manager Erik ten Hag and returned to the United squad.

Despite being back in the first-team fold, Sancho remains available for the right price and Gianluca Di Marzio states Juventus are once again exploring a possible move before the transfer deadline next week.

While Juventus would not be able to meet United's £40m asking price this summer, the report claims they are ready to suggest a loan with a £40m obligation to make the move permanent in 2025 if Sancho meets certain targets.

The main dilemma for Juventus, however, is Sancho's salary. The winger is one of United's highest earners and the Red Devils are keen to find somebody to cover his wages in their entirety, which Juventus would struggle to do.

Some budget could be freed up through the sale of Federico Chiesa. Juventus manager Thiago Motta has publicly confirmed the Italy international is no longer wanted but, despite a low asking price stemming from the short time remaining on his contract, no buyers have emerged thus far.

Barcelona have been linked with Chiesa but there have also been suggestions that the Catalan giants could make their own loan move for Sancho late in the transfer window.

Chelsea have even been touted as potential suitors as the Blues prepare to cut ties with Raheem Sterling.
